Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our stock items have a typical turnaround time of 7-10 business days, this includes time in transit. Each piece of Rowe Pottery is handcrafted and we may have times where a piece is low on stock, if this happens we will notify you at time of
order.
What carriers are used for shipping?
All orders ship in full via USPS or UPS, at time of ordering you have the option to choose your preferred carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including taxes, duties and fees, please contact us at sales@rowepottery.com or 608.423.3363

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item I ordered online?
At Rowe Pottery we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship of all products. Our products are all handmade, making each on unique and slightly different. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your delivery up arrival, if something isn’t right contact us at 608.423.3363 or email us at sales@rowepottery.com
Product may be returned within 15 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only with proof of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. If the product has not defects or is not damaged return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Who do I contact for returns?
All return inquires should be directed to sales@rowepottery.com and a customer service representative will respond with next steps.
Are any items final sale?
Yes, we do have some items that are final sale.
Rowe Pottery Seconds, when offered on line are final sale as well as clearance items.
Custom Work- We make these just for you. All custom work is made to order and we accept no returns, we allow 24 hours for any changes to be made after ordering. If there is an error on your custom order please contact us at 608.423.3363 or through email at sales@rowepottery.com
Does my store credit for a return expire?
No, you are issued a gift certificate as store credit and these do not expire.
When will I receive my store credit for return?
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging and arrive back to our warehouse in original condition, after it is check in by our warehouse staff our customer service department is notified and a gift certificate is issued. This process takes approximately 7-10 days.

Is your product microwave, oven and dishwasher safe?
Yes, each piece of our durable stoneware is handcrafted by artisans at our Cambridge WI facility, it is created with everyday use and functionality.
All our stoneware is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. Avoid sudden changes in temperature when heating up and baking in our stoneware.
