For over 50 years, Rowe Pottery has been creating enduring American stoneware.... thoughtfully designed, made by hand, and meant to be used everyday.

At Rowe Pottery we celebrate the handmade process, the materials we use and the artisans behind the products we create. Each piece of pottery begins as a raw lump of clay and passes through the hands of our skilled artisans.... shaped, decorated, glazed and fired in our Wisconsin studio. No two pieces are exactly alike, yet every piece meets the same uncompromising standard of form, function and longevity.

Kiln firing is the last step in our creative process, the temperature slowly rises to over 2000 degrees and transitions into reduction before the cooling process begins. There is always an element of surprise when the kiln doors are opened and each piece is unloaded. The firing reveals the artistry of the process, the decorators brush strokes and the touch of the potter's hands.

Our pottery is designed not for trends but for daily living... morning coffee, shared meals, quiet moments and celebrations repeated year after year.
